Loved having a room with a king bed and bunk beds so the kids didn't have to share. Everything was clean. Pretty quiet. Huge room for NYC! Very convenient location for walking to key attractions or catching the subway. We walked to a Broadway show and back without concerns.

Staff arranged a new room on short notice due to noise complaint. There is a police station next door, so you will feel quite safe on the street even at night time.

Overall the hotel is very good, and in line with what are generally New York prices. The staff was very helpful, and friendly. The room was very large, with excellent views, clean, and modern. The location is close to many attractions.

decent size room, close to public transport and tourist attractions including the bus tours-waking distance to a lot of places empire state building, times square, hudson yards etc, staff helpful, rooms clean and tidy everything worked well the amenities ironing board, Tv, coffee machine, hair dryer, great for the location/price.

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens 18, 15 and 13). We were in a "family" room with 2 queen beds, 2 single bunk beds and a pull out sofa. We had enough room to change and move around. The location was convenient, right off 8th Ave. easy to walk to Time Square. A subway station is nearby as well. We did not visit the restaurant, so I can't give a review. We purchased a parking space close by using Spot Hero, no problem dropping our stuff off and taking the car to the spot. When we arrived, it was warm and heard people complaining about the air conditioning being broke. The hotel attendant assured us it was fixed and by the next morning our room had cooled off. I can't blame them for something breaking and it being fixed.

the location, I was traveling by Amtrak, so it was an easy walk to the hotel

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also nice to have a restaurant and bar on site, after a long day sightseeing it was nice as a lone female not to have to venture out after dark for food (it would have been better if the tables had been cleaned after breakfast there was syrup all over the table and it got on my clothing and iPad)
