Very central, rooms were clean, we used as a base for exploring Manhattan. Really close to Penn Station, didn’t have much interaction with staff but those that we did were very pleasant, in particular the maintenance man who we met on our first evening. Aircon was perfectly cool and beds were comfy. There were changes for bath, hand and face towels every day, tea and coffee facilities in the room along with a small fridge and sink.

Location is awesome, close to Time Square. The room was very clean. The balcony was a nice addition.

The location was an easy walk from the train station and easy access to restaurants and other areas in Midtown. The bedroom was a nice size for 4 of us, and the bathroom was huge by NYC standards. Everything was neat and clean and the room was quiet. Also, it's right by a police precinct, so we felt very safe walking around the area.

The location is great. There is easy access to the subway and nearby restaurants and activities. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable.

Loved having a room with a king bed and bunk beds so the kids didn't have to share. Everything was clean. Pretty quiet. Huge room for NYC! Very convenient location for walking to key attractions or catching the subway. We walked to a Broadway show and back without concerns.

We booked this for our large family as it had 2 double beds and a double sofa bed and the ability to also have extra space for another single bed in the room. It was very central.. less than 5 mins to Penn Station, easily walkable to Times Square and Broadway and in very easy distance to local shops including Liberty Bagels. Rarely is it possible to get good value when travelling in large groups but we booked about 9 months in advance and got a great deal. It was clean, spacious, central, safe, quiet and perfect for the week that we stayed there. No complaints at all. Staff are nice, rooms are well serviced and there is a coffee bar and eating area downstairs.

Excellent location, bed was super comfortable, room had everything I needed for a nice and convenient stay. Easy to come and go at all hours. Was a small issue with something being misplaced during room cleaning but staff were helpful in communicating and resolving that so a thanks to them too.
